ANTI-RAGGING CIRCULAR
It is hereby brought to the attention of all students, faculty, and staff of Kingsway Nursing College that ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within the college premises and its associated hostels, hospitals, transport, or any part of the campus.
As per the directive of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Indian Nursing Council (INC), and in accordance with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India’s judgment, ragging is a punishable offense and will attract strict disciplinary action, which may include:

Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges

Withholding/withdrawing scholarships or other benefits

Debarring from appearing in examinations
-
Expulsion from the institution

FIR with the local police and criminal proceedings as per law
Definition of Ragging:
Ragging includes any act of physical or mental abuse, bullying, harassment, intimidation, or humiliation of a junior student by a senior or a peer, whether within or outside the campus.
Immediate Reporting:
All students are instructed to report any incidents of ragging immediately to the Anti-Ragging Committee or the college administration. Anonymous complaints can also be made via the suggestion/complaint box or official email.
